Harper's Bar &amp; Restaurant  has scheduled the Harper's Band for an appearance on Saturday July 9. The band performs "funkytonk-Americana" music. Harper's opened in December, 2010 at 92 Main Street in Dobbs Ferry in the location formerly occupied by Mimosa. Co-owner Justin Montgomery is general manager and host for the new 90-seat eatery.  Harper's has a 30-seat back patio and is open for lunch and dinner every day except Monday. Its a la carte brunch service begins at 11 a.m. on Sunday; lunch service starts at noon. 92 Main Street, Dobbs Ferry.  914-693-2306.
