PUBLIC WELCOME Members of the Westchester Symphonic Winds will perform Poulenc's "Sextour" for woodwind quintet with Judith Soffer on piano.  The woodwind quintet, including Marge Hone on the flute, will play Ibert's "Trois Pieces Breves".   A saxophone trio will also perform Ibert. There will be an after-concert reception with refreshments to meet the artists.
