Kate Buford, author of Jim Thorpe: Native American Son, and Penelope Rowlands (Paris Was Ours) will read from their work. Buford is the prize-winning author of Burt Lancaster: An American Life and a former announcer for NPR. Rowlands grew up in London and New York and spent many years in Paris. A journalist and critic she has contributed to Architectural Digest, Art and Auction, Metropolis, and the New York Times Magazine and is the writer of several books.
