Back by popular demand, Virginia State Folklorist and Irvington native Jon Lohman brings some of the finest in bluegrass and old time music from Virginia's Blue Ridge Mountains to the Town Hall Theater. As State Folklorist, Lohman travels to the outer reaches of Virginia, meeting incredibly gifted traditional artists, and he is once again bringing them to Irvington. This year's lineup includes the much acclaimed Danny Knicely on mandolin and guitar, the incomparable Nate Leath of fiddle, the much loved duet the Whitetop Mountaineers -- Martha Spencer and Jackson Cunningham, and some special guests.
