We specialize in psychiatry services, psychotherapy, medication management, ADHD evaluations, anxiety and depression treatment, postpartum depression support, and advanced options such as Spravato® (Esketamine) treatment for treatment-resistant depression. We also offer same-day appointments and flexible scheduling to help patients access care quickly when they need it most. With offices in White Plains and Williamsburg, Brooklyn, plus virtual visits across NYS, we make high-quality mental health care accessible, supportive, and tailored to each individual. Our providers take the time to listen, create personalized treatment plans, and help patients feel heard every step of the way. Most insurance plans are accepted, including coverage for Spravato® treatment for eligible patients. A FREE event at the JCC on the Hudson that promises to be both fun and educational, designed to help us all get ready to celebrate the upcoming Jewish holidays.  With activities ranging from challah baking to Israeli dancing, sukkah tips to story-telling there is something for everyone, from kids to seniors. There will be Jewish music and crafts, with a chance to learn about our local congregations and buy Judaica too. This event is open to anyone interested in finding out more about Rosh HaShanah, Yom Kippur, Sukkot, and Simchat Torah. Come shmooze with old friends and new at the J!
