The Westchester County Genealogical Society welcomes Dr. Nathan Reiss with a talk on Finding People, Living or Dead, on the Internet .
Dr. Nathan Reiss has been engaged in the study of genealogy for over 35 years and to date has found nearly 11,000 relatives. In 1980, he authored a book on his own family history. From 2003 until the present he has served as President of the Jewish Historical Society of Central Jersey.
Numerous resources exist that can be useful for locating individuals who live in the United States. Dr. Reiss will present an overview of what is available and how to make the best possible use of it. Dr. Reiss has written articles and lectured extensively on the subject of genealogy.
