He recently retired from the ballet company due to sexual abuse allegations.

ARDSLEY, NY — The case against Peter Martins, the former head of the New York City Ballet, for drunk driving has been continued to March 5. Martins recently retired due to sexual misconduct accusations.
Lawyers came up with a schedule Monday in village court to include discovery for the Dec. 29 charge of DWI after a three-car crash, lohud.com reported.
Martins, 71, is an Irvington resident. He pleaded not guilty to the drunk driving charge and to a charge of refusing to take a breath test.
