Hastings Rally to Protest Trump's Immigration Policy, 'The Wall'
The rally is being organized by Concerned Families of Westchester.

HASTINGS-ON-HUDSON, NY — Concerned Families of Westchester has organized a rally to protest President Trump’s executive order about immigrants and refugees and building “the wall.”
It will begin at the VFW Plaza on Warburton Avenue in Hastings-on-Hudson and will be from noon to 1 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 28.
According to organizers, speakers will include Hastings’ Mayor Peter Swiderski; Greenburgh Town Supervisor Paul Feiner; Vanessa Merton, law professor and director of the Immigration Justice Clinic at Pace University, and a representative of Westchester County Legislator MaryJane Shimsky.

There will also be representatives of Westchester organizations defending immigrants and refugees, such as the Westchester Refugee Task Force and the Westchester Coalition Against Islamophobia.
