Mercy College Inaugurates New President
Timothy L. Hall will be sworn in Friday as the new leader of the Dobbs Ferry-based institution.

Timothy L. Hall is scheduled to be sworn in Friday as the new president of Mercy College in Dobbs Ferry, officials announced.
Hall is the school’s 12th president, and prior to joining the college he served as president of Austin Peay State University in Clarksville, Tenn.
Greenburgh Town Supervisor Paul Feiner congratulated Hall on his new assignment, and praised the school for its strong record of academic achievements.

“Mercy College has a great record of producing terrific leaders,” Feiner said in a statement. “The last three Greenburgh Police Chiefs--Chris McNerney, Joe DeCarlo and John Kapica all graduated from Mercy College.”
Mercy College was set up a ”Greetings” page to welcome Hall.
