Rivertowns Biz Snippets: Crystal, Seed Bead and Pearl Bracelet

What's cool about almost all of the jewelry at  in Dobbs Ferry is that almost any of it can be replicated yourself—just by taking a few quick beading classes.

Above, store owner Jenny Ross shows off a Swarovski crystal, seed bead and pearl bracelet, which can either be purchased made or you can learn to make it yourself at one of her regular beading workshops. 

This particular bracelet is designed using a special technique called "knitting"—she says it looks more complicated than it really is. 

Classes are for both kids and adults, even klutzy people like me.
