Murg Shai Korma—Chicken simmered in a pistachio cream reductionLamb
Do Pyaza—Slow braised lamb in a spicy curry of red chili, onions, toasted coconut and roasted garlic
Lobster Tandoori—Tandoori style roasted Lobster tails served with pine apple and tomato chutney
Palak Malai Kofta—Traditional cheese dumpling with spinach and aromatic spices
