Some last-minute ideas for a spicy Valentine's Night out.

Were you thinking of cooking tonight for Valentine's Day, but now just don't feel up to it?  Don't fret. Two of the area's—very different but still romantic and delicious—Indian restaurants are still taking reservations.

Dobbs Ferry's is offering a three-course Valentine's Day menu for $36 per person. Course options include:

Slaw of jicama, carrots, mangoes, radish with mint and mustard

Traditional Indian fritters of seasonal vegetables, mushrooms, potato, cauliflower and eggplant

Main Courses

Murg Shai Korma—Chicken simmered in a pistachio cream reductionLamb

Do Pyaza—Slow braised lamb in a spicy curry of red chili, onions, toasted coconut and roasted garlic

Lobster Tandoori—Tandoori style roasted Lobster tails served with pine apple and tomato chutney

Palak Malai Kofta—Traditional cheese dumpling with spinach and aromatic spices

Shrimp Coconut Curry—Spiced shrimp with peppers and onions in a south Indian coconut curry
