Rochester City Hall, Neighborhood Service Centers, all R-Centers, city branch libraries and other administrative offices will be closed.
From the City of Rochester: Rochester City Hall, Neighborhood Service Centers, all R-Centers, City branch libraries and other administrative offices will be closed on Monday, Oct. 14, in observance of Columbus Day. Refuse and recycling collection will remain on regular schedule for the week.
