Rochester Neighborhood And Business Development Offices To Close Early Friday For All Staff Meeting
The Department of Neighborhood and Business Development (NBD) offices will be closed to the public at noon Sept. 18 for a mandatory meeting.

The Department of Neighborhood and Business Development (NBD) offices will be closed to the public at noon Friday, Sept. 18 for a mandatory all-staff meeting. This includes all of the Neighborhood Service Centers, the NBD permit counter in the City Hall B Building, and the offices of Buildings and Zoning; and Business Development. The City Hall drop box to accept applications for NBD permits will be available to the public during normal customer service hours at City Hall hours, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday. All NBD offices will resume normal hours at 9 a.m. Monday, Sept. 21.
