Rochester School No. 50 Joins List Of Meal Distribution Sites Effective Monday, May 18

City R-Center locations are open from 8 a.m. – 5:30 p.m., also on Monday through Friday. The complete list of current distribution sites is:

(Thursday, May 14, 2020) – Effective Monday, May 18, Helen Barrett Montgomery School No. 50, located at 301 Seneca Avenue, will be added to the list of locations currently operating as part of the grab-and-go meal distribution system that is a partnership between the City of Rochester, the Rochester City School District and Foodlink. School No. 50 will join eight other RCSD school sites, as well as the nine R-Centers locations that are operated by the City’s Department of Recreation and Youth Services. All RCSD meal distribution sites, including School No. 50, are open from 8 am. – 2:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. City R-Center locations are open from 8 a.m. – 5:30 p.m., also on Monday through Friday. The complete list of current distribution sites is below:

• Helen Barrett Montgomery School No. 50, 301 Seneca Ave.

Meal distribution sites have been in operation throughout the city since mid-March. These locations provide grab-and-go breakfast, lunch and dinner meals to school-aged youth to ensure that children receive adequate nourishment while schools are closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
