Rochester's Court Street Bridge To Close Saturday For River Clean-Up

The Court Street Bridge, from South Avenue to Exchange Street, will be closed to all vehicles and pedestrian traffic, except for emergency vehicles, 6 a.m. to 4 p.m., Saturday, Aug. 1, as City Department of Environmental Services crews perform seasonal cleaning and maintenance operations -- removing logs and debris from the Genesee River. Main Street and Broad Street will be available as detours across the river.
