Subpoenas Issued By Rochester Council For Independent Investigation Into David Prude's Death

The City Council, Acting through Andrew G. Celli, Jr, the independent investigator appointed to investigate the City's response to the Prude incident, issued four subpoenas today. Copies of the subpoenas are attached. Mr. Celli does not expect to have additional public comments at this time.
