4 People Arrested For Shoplifting In Five Towns Stores: Police

MINEOLA, NY —Four people were taken into custody in the Five Towns, as listed in the Nassau County police weekly arrest report from July 8-15.

• On July 9, Andre Scale, 37, of Rosedale, was arrested for shoplifting at the Old Navy in the Green Acres Mall, police said.
• On July 11, Alicia Sambhu, 47, of Valley Stream, was arrested on a charge of shoplifting at the Macy's in the Green Acres Mall, detectives said.
• On July 12, Clifford Pitter, 53, of Far Rockaway, was arrested for shoplifting at the Costco on Rockaway Turnpike in North Lawrence, police said.
• On July 13, Stephen Valentine, 53, of Hollis, was arrested for shoplifting at Food World on West Merrick Road in Valley Stream, police said.

Police said in the report that all information provided is preliminary.
