Speakeasy Wednesdays at Aperitif Bistro Lounge Wine Bar

Aperitif Bistro Lounge Wine Bar introduces “Speakeasy Wednesday” every week.  The promotion includes a tasting menu paired with wine or beer for $45 per person.    A sample menu is as follows:

Soup or Salad

Salad Lobster, frisee, fennel, grapefruit, asparagus in a citrus dressing

Accompanied by Touraine Sauvignon Blanc

Soup celeriac with roasted almonds

Accompanied by Les Prices Abbes Pinot Blanc

Appetizer

Foie gras and chicken liver mousse, grilled bread and red onion marmalade

Accompanied by Sauterne

Entree

Roasted monkfish with spaetzle, julienne vegetables and lobster sauce

Accompanied by Bouchard Chardonnay

Filet mignon medallion with truffle potato puree and sautéed haricot verts and au poivre sauce

Accompanied by Chauteau Prieure Marquet Bordeaux
