BALDWIN, NY — A deadly crash in Baldwin has led to an arrest.

Jinaraya Khan, 31, of Baldwin, has been charged with driving while intoxicated and second-degree vehicular manslaughter, detectives said.

Khan is hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries. She will be arraigned when it's medical practical, according to police.
