Hit-And-Run Driver Seriously Injures Woman: Nassau Police
Police are seeking the public's help to find the driver, who left the scene after striking a 39-year-old woman.
Nassau County police are seeking the public's help to find a hit-and-run driver who seriously injured a woman in Baldwin Tuesday night.
According to police, while walking in front of 2387 Milburn Avenue, a 39-year-old woman was struck by a vehicle that left the scene. The woman suffered multiple traumatic injuries and was rushed to a nearby hospital, where she is in serious but stable condition.
Police say they are looking for a dark-colored car that should have passenger-side front end and hood damage.
