ROCKVILLE CENTRE, NY — A Freeport man Sunday was taken in custody, accused of inappropriately touching a 21-year-old worker at a Rockville Centre coffee shop, detectives said.

Robert Tomo, 35, a regular customer at the restaurant, approached the female from behind and started the warranted touching on Friday afternoon, Nassau police said.

The woman resisted, said she was not alright with it and he left the coffee shop, detectives said.
