Man On Loose For Breaking Into Baldwin Home, Stealing Cash: PD

The burglary took place just after 1 a.m. Sunday, police said.

BALDWIN, NY — There was a burglary at a home early Sunday, Nassau police said.

A man broke into a Baldwin residence on Steven Road and was confronted by a 38-year-old woman, detectives said.

He fled with an undisclosed amount of cash and a debit card, police said.

The suspect is described by police as a man, who is approximately 6 feet tall with short black hair, detectives said.
