Man Robs Oceanside Bank
The robbery occurred Saturday afternoon, police say. The same bank was robbed a week earlier as well.

OCEANSIDE, NY - An Oceanside bank was robbed for the second time in a week on Saturday.
According to police, a man entered the TD Bank located at 247 Long Beach Road around 12:15 p.m, approached a teller and passed her a demand note for money. The teller complied and the man fled in an unknown direction, police said.
No injuries were reported.

The robber was described as Hispanic, around 5-foot-8, 160 pounds and 30-35 years old. He was wearing a dark colored sweater.
The same bank was robbed on Feb. 19. A bank inside a supermarket in West Hempstead was also robbed this past Thursday.

Police are asking anyone with information regarding the robberies to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-244-TIPS.
