ROCKVILLE CENTRE, NY — The Rockville Centre Police Department reported the following incidents for the week ending Feb. 8.

Leaving the Scene

  • On Feb. 2 at 4:28 p.m., an employee at Mercy Medical Center reported his car was struck by a vehicle that left the scene while it was parked in a rear lot during the last week.
  • On Feb. 3 at 3:27 p.m., a driver reported his car was struck by a vehicle that left the scene while it was parked on Sunrise Highway during the morning.

  • On Feb. 3 at 10:11 a.m., a driver reported the rear window of her vehicle was broken while it was parked in a garage on Jefferson Avenue overnight.
  • On Feb. 7 at 2:40 p.m., a driver reported her car door was damaged while it was parked in a lot near N. Village Avenue during the day.
