Nassau Man Sentenced For Beating Woman To Death
He beat a woman to death with a hammer, then tried to hide her body in the parking lot behind his apartment.

A Baldwin man was sentenced to 20 years to life on Friday for brutally murdering a woman in his home in 2016.
Raphael Oyague, 37, pleaded guilty to second-degree murder on May 10.
“Raphael Oyague violently and senselessly beat a 24-year-old woman he just met to death with a hammer,” Nassau County District Attorney Madeline Singas said. “Today’s sentence ensures that this callous defendant will be behind bars for decades to come.”
