The Rockville Centre Police Department reported the following incidents for the week ending Nov. 25.
Leaving the Scene of an Auto Accident
- On Nov. 21 at 3:08 p.m., a driver reported her vehicle was struck by a car that left the scene while she was driving on N. Long Beach Road.
- On Nov. 23 at 7:50 a.m., the manager of a building on Sunrise Highway reported it was struck by a vehicle that left the scene overnight.

- On Nov. 18 at 2:07 p.m., Carla Albelo-Johnson, 29, of Freeport, was arrested and charged with petty larceny after police say she was seen shoplifting at a pharmacy on N. Village Avenue.
- On Nov. 20 at 11:27 a.m., Freddy D. Garcia, 32, of Brooklyn, was arrested and charged with second- and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and other traffic offenses after police say he was seen driving on Sunrise Highway.
- On Nov. 20 at 3:32 p.m., David G. Lavacia, 23, of Ronkonkoma, was arrested and charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and false personation after police say he was seen driving a truck on Lee Avenue.
- On Nov. 23 at 3:13 p.m., Brian A. Tilton, 44, of Amityville, was arrested and charged with petty larceny after police say he was observed shoplifting at a store on Sunrise Highway.
- On Nov. 23 at 3:39 p.m., William J. Rossi Jr., 55, of Lindenhurst, was arrested and charged with petty larceny after police say he was observed shoplifting at a store on Sunrise Highway.
