ROCKVILLE CENTRE, NY — The Rockville Centre Police Department reported the following incidents for the week ending June 8.

Criminal Mischief

  • On June 1 at 11 a.m., the manager of a deli on Merrick Road reported someone broke the front door glass the night before.
  • On June 5 at 6:27 p.m., a driver reported a tire on his car was damaged while his car was parked on Brower Avenue overnight.

  • On June 3 at 8:07 a.m., a driver reported his work vehicle was struck by an SUV that left the scene while he was driving on Peninsula Boulevard.
  • On June 7 at 6:19 p.m., a driver reported his vehicle was struck by a car that left the scene while he was driving on Merrick Road.

Graffiti

  • On June 3 at 10:42 a.m., a resident reported finding graffiti on the rear of three stop signs on Harvard Avenue.
