Rockville Centre Shoplifters Arrested: Police

The Rockville Centre Police Department reported the following incidents for the week ending Nov. 4.

Criminal Mischief

  • On Oct. 29 at 3:17 p.m., a driver reported the passenger side of her car was damaged while it was parked in a lot near Clinton Avenue.
  • On Nov. 1 at 8:33 p.m., a driver reported the driver’s side window of her car was broken while her car was parked at the RVC Athletic Complex on Peninsula Boulevard.
  • On Nov. 3 at 7:46 a.m., a driver reported the rear window of his car was broken while it was parked in a driveway overnight on Broadway.

Larceny

  • On Nov. 1 at 8:39 p.m., a driver reported the driver’s side window of his car was broken and his wallet was stolen while his car was parked at the RVC Athletic Complex on Peninsula Boulevard.
  • On Nov. 2 at 10:57 a.m., an employee reported the theft of a cell phone from his store on Sunrise Highway.

Arrests

  • On Oct. 29 at 7:45 a.m., Patrel T. Duncan, 24, of Old Mill Court, Rockville Centre, was arrested and charged with petty larceny after police say he was observed shoplifting at a store on N. Village Avenue.
  • On Oct. 30 at 9:26 a.m., Brianna L. Swenson, 27, of Freeport, was arrested and charged with petty larceny after police say she was observed shoplifting at a store on N. Village Avenue.
