Man Identified In Fatal Baldwin Shooting: Nassau Police
Police are investigating the Monday afternoon crime scene, detectives say.

BALDWIN, NY — Police have identified the victim of an apparent gunshot wound in Baldwin.
It happened just before 2 p.m. Monday at Victoria Street and Stanton Avenue.
Police were called to an auto accident with an injury. But they discovered the 23-year-old male victim on the sidewalk, who was pronounced dead a short time later.

The victim has been identified by detectives as Rafael DeLossantos, of Baldwin.
The investigation is continuing.
