From what we have seen of these Plaintiffs' positions and papers, the "Enterprise" as they are referred to is going to be hard pressed to prevail; the Plaintiffs have craftily positioned it along side the School District cases of the Fourteenth Amendment (almost Brown v. Board of Education with 1 facility). Second, this post complies with Patch TOS and should they take down on more of our posts to these community interest matters we will not hesitate to exercise our First Amendment rights. Thank you.
