Rye realty company buys posh Westport building for $23.4M (westfaironline.com) — A Rye-based real estate company, Acadia Realty, has bought a prime mixed-use building in downtown Westport, Connecticut, for $23.4 million, underscoring the firm's growing regional footprint. With most of the property already leased to national retailers and restaurants, the deal suggests stable long-term income and hints at continued investment activity tied back to Acadia's Rye headquarters.
