4. Top-Ranked Rye Boys Beat Byram Hills 4-0 on Road to Improve to 11-0 (ryerecord.com) — Rye High's boys soccer team stayed undefeated at 11-0 with a dominant 4-0 road win over Byram Hills, highlighted by two goals from sophomore Connor Dehmer. The Garnets now return home to host Peekskill at 5 p.m. Thursday, giving local fans a prime chance to see the state's top-ranked Class A squad in action.
   

5. Rye realty company buys posh Westport building for $23.4M (westfaironline.com) — A Rye-based real estate company, Acadia Realty, has bought a prime mixed-use building in downtown Westport, Connecticut, for $23.4 million, underscoring the firm's growing regional footprint. With most of the property already leased to national retailers and restaurants, the deal suggests stable long-term income and hints at continued investment activity tied back to Acadia's Rye headquarters.
