Neu Nights Out
What better way to spend a Friday night? Finish up your week enjoying live WFUV music, relaxing with friends, and drinking in the art. The ever-popular WFUV deejays Carmel Holt and Alisa Ali will keep the beat going. Tickets are $20; free to members of the Neuberger Museum of Art and one guest, and free to members of WFUV and one guest. Celebrated American artist Louise Fishman discusses her life, work, sources of inspiration, and artistic process with Neuberger Chief Curator Helaine Posner. Free for Purchase College students, staff, and faculty, as well as Neuberger Museum of Art Circle Level Members. General Admission: $10.

5:30-6:30 pm Outdoor UAV Demonstration by Tushevs Aerials (weather permitting)
6:30-8 pm New Media Lecture Series with Georgi and Nina Tushev
Join Georgi and Nina Tushev for an evening exploring the artistic and activist potentials of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles. Weather permitting, the Tushevs will present an outdoor drone demonstration prior to their lecture. Free for Purchase College students, staff, and faculty, as well as Neuberger Museum of Art Circle Level Members. General Admission: $10.

Spring Family Day: Experimental Map-Making and International Slow Art Day
Imagine if you could suddenly see everything from a bird’s eye view, similar to artists in the exhibition Landed: Surveying New Geographies. What spaces would you explore? What would your house, neighborhood, and town look like? What would you see if you flew over your teacher’s backyard? How about the White House, or a volcano? Join us for an afternoon of experimental map-making and a presentation regarding Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (better known as drones). Free for Household Circle Members and above. Non-members: $10/child (age 18 and under), adults are free.

Idith Meshulan Korman: A Piano Concert
Idith Meshulam Korman, pianist and artistic director of Ensemble Pi, is one of the most foremost interpreters of and advocates for contemporary American classical music. During this special event, she performs musical works selected in response to the visual practice of her friend, Louise Fishman, who currently has a retrospective at the museum. Free for Purchase College students, staff, and faculty, as well as Neuberger Museum of Art Circle Level Members. General Admission: $10.

Louise Fishman Study Day
This program provides an intensive and focused look at Louise Fishman’s life and work from a variety of perspectives. Presenters include Faye Hirsch, Senior Editor at Art in America and Visiting Associate Professor of Art+Design at Purchase College and Catherine Lord, Professor Emerita of Art, University of California, Irvine, Claire Trevor School of Art. Free for Purchase College students, staff, and faculty, as well as Neuberger Museum of Art Circle Level Members. General Admission: $10.

Gallery talks offer fresh insights into the Museum’s special exhibitions and permanent collection, while Topic Tours explore different aspects of the permanent collection.
Museum Store
Open during Museum hours. The store features a broad selection of art books, art cards, handcrafted jewelry, children’s items and one-of-a-kind limited edition gifts.

Directions
The Neuberger Museum of Art is easily accessible by car or bus, and may also be reached by Metro-North. By car: From the North or South - take the Hutchinson River Parkway to Exit 28. Head north on Lincoln Avenue to Anderson Hill Road. Turn right onto Anderson Hill Road. Left at first traffic light into Purchase College campus. From 684 - take Exit 2 South on Route 120 to Anderson Hill Road. Turn left onto Anderson Hill to 2nd traffic light. Turn left at Purchase College campus. From the East - take Route 287 (Cross Westchester Expressway) to Exit 8E. Take second left over Expressway onto Anderson Hill Road. Follow signs to SUNY Purchase.
Handicap Parking
On the Purchase College campus, park in Parking Lot #1 and proceed to the underpass at the Performing Arts Center. The handicap elevator is located across from the entrance to the Performing Arts Center. Take the elevator to the second level, then exit to the left. The entrance to the museum is located diagonally across, about a city block away.
