A new yoga center has opened in Rye Brook.
Bikram Yoga Rye Brook is located at 200 South Ridge St. in the Rye Ridge South Shopping Center, according to a Hamlet Hub article.
The center, which is behind the CVS, is owned by Frannie Rochat.

Bikram yoga, according to Hamlet Hub, consists of 26 poses and breathing exercises that take place in a heated room.
