The Rye Brook school was rated highly by U.S. News and World Report.
Blind Brook High School in Rye Brook is rated the ninth best in New York, according to the latest ranking from U.S. News and World Report.
The school’s top 10 rating earned a Gold award from the publication, which also noted that the AP participation rate is 87 percent at the school. Blind Brook’s national rank is 73rd, and its STEM rank is 27th.
Total enrollment for the school is 450 and there is a 12:1 student-to-teacher ratio.

Based on test scores 100 percent of students are proficient in English and 97 percent are proficient in mathematics.
