The Yoga Teachers Association (YTA) was created by a small group of pioneering yoga teachers in 1979 who saw the need for affordable and continuing education. YTA is a non-profit, educational organization dedicated to continuing and improving the quality of Hatha Yoga teaching. Based in Westchester, N.Y., the YTA serves members from the tri-state area.
