Powerhouse Australian spiritual teacher and healer, Suzy Meszoly, works deeply with us through the traditional seven chakra system, leading us in meditation, through powerful activations and energetic systems theory, learning about how we work and why and what we can do to enhance our lives, our energy and our happiness. We will explore in depth the seven chakras looking at the energetic system as a whole and then learning the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual elements of each. We will learn which chakra to address for various imbalances and illnesses and how to bring about healing in these centers using primarily hands-on-healing techniques, nutrition, crystals, words, actions, oils and other methods. Suzy will also provide powerful energetic activations, deep healing attunements for each chakra during this workshop intensive.
