City of Rye Wants More Input into Playland Changes
The county counters that it should be in charge of the process.
RYE, NY — The dispute between the City of Rye and Westchester County over how much control the city can have in proposed changes to Playland Park.
City officials said they are going to pursue legal action in the form of an Article 78 lawsuit, while the county said it should make all decisions where the county park is concerned, according to FIOS1 News.
