Connors runs kid over while apparently on cell phone. Rye settles lawsuit.

The City of Rye has settled the lawsuit filed by the child that Connors ran over in 2010 while Connors was, in all likelihood, talking on his cell phone. Connors then fled the scene and was never tested for drugs or alcohol.

I hope this child  and his parents were well compensated by Connors and not the taxpayers for their pain and suffering and the subsequent coverup to try and eliminate Connor's negligence. 

Good riddance to Connors.
