Driver Injures 2 at Urgent Care Clinic in Rye

Witnesses said the driver seemed to accelerate rather than put on the brake.

RYE, NY — A woman and a child were injured in the parking area of the WestMed urgent care clinic in Rye Monday.

The woman had serious injuries to her face and body, after being dragged by the car that, witnesses said, appeared to speed up rather than break while pulling into a parking spot, lohud.com said.
