Tae Kwon Do: Foot, Fist, Art: History and Demonstration by Master Susan Chung, Grandmaster Bruce II Chung and the Demo Team of Bruce Chung Total Fitness

On Saturday, November 12 from 3:30-4:30, Master Susan Chung, 5th Dan Black Belt and co-founder of Bruce Chung Total Fitness, will discuss the fascinating evolution of Tae Kwon Do. She will start with its most primitive beginnings in the farms of Korea, straight through to its current position as a full medal Olympic Sport.  It is a multi-faceted martial art that is highly regarded - not just as a method of fighting, but as an art form, an athletic pursuit and a philosophy.   Grandmaster Bruce Il Chung, 7th Dan Black Belt, will also be on hand to share his unique experience in both Korea and the United States as Tae Kwon Do emerged onto the world stage.
