Flour City Pasta: Farmers' Market Profile

Flour City Pasta, located in Rochester, NY, vends fresh organic gourmet pasta of all different shapes, sizes, and colors.  

Each fresh pasta bundle comes with handy nutrition information and an awesome recipe card.  

One of the most unique flavores found today was Rasta Pasta, a blend of sweet potato, carrot, thyme, lime, and cayenne shapes. The flavors of the pasta are locked in so they will not come out in the water.
