A former Rye High School student was found dead in her college dorm room in Virginia Friday, according to news reports.
Marisa Curlen, 20, was found in her room at James Madison University in the early morning hours, and while an autopsy had not yet been completed, alcohol poisoning is suspected in the cause of death, reports WCBS-TV.

She reportedly was the third member of the Westchester high school’s Class of 2013 to die while away at college, the other two were from suspected drug overdoses.
“It’s horrible,” Anjoli Logue, a Rye High School senior, told WCBS-TV. “It’s so tragic. It’s awful to think there are already, like, three people gone.”
