Frank Stella Inspired Sculpture Workshop for Kids!!!
3 hour Sculpture Workshop at Greenwich Country Day School open to all kids age 7-12yrs old. Saturday May 21st 12:30-3:30pm. Class Fee $95
Inspired by the Whitney Museum’s retrospective of American Artist Frank Stella, GCDS Friday afternoon Art and STEAM Teachers Susan Bevil (Little Artists) and Nicole Zahour (Rye Arts Center) will explore images of Stella’s large sculptural paintings. They will guide students to create their own unique piece while focusing on line, color, form and pattern. Students will be inspired to think creatively and have fun! Saturday May 21st 12:30-3:30pm. Location: Greenwich Country Day School Upper School Art Room #221 Fee: $95 (includes all materials and a snack at the end of class)- Pre-registration required.
