La Panetiere in Rye is Participating in Hudson Valley Restaurant Week (HVRW)
The same menu applies for both lunch and dinner service.
Jacques Loupiac’s La Panetière in Rye will participate in the spring Hudson Valley Restaurant Week (HVRW) with both prix-fixe lunch and dinner service. Some of the 231 restaurants signed up for the program offer dinner only.
Hudson Valley Restaurant Week runs March 7-20, 2016.

The regular menus with the regular prices for their dishes are also available as an option.
The HVRW lunch is available on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday at $20.95 per person. The HVRW dinner is offered at $29.95 per person every day except Saturday and Sunday.

Three appetizer and three main-course choices are available:
Appetizer
- Aromatic Field Salad, Smoked Mozzarella Pearls, Crudités, baby gem, walnut cracklings, quinoa, white balsamic dressing
- Satiny Cauliflower Soup. Pancetta, crispy shallots, broccolini
- Gratin of Codfish “En Brandade.” Buttered croutons, madras sauce
Main Course
- Atlantic Seared Salmon. Spaghetti squash, petits pois, beurre blanc and pesto sauce
- Roast Pork Tenderloin. Potato Mousseline, haricots verts, mushroom-Madeira sauce
- Duck Leg Confit au Jus. Wheat berries, carrots vichyssoise

The HVRW prix-fixe, three-course menus (lunch at $20.95 and dinner at $29.95) at participating restaurants do not include tax, gratuity and in most cases, beverage cost.
