Man Tosses Guns into Long Island Sound

The Rye resident said he didn't want them in his house any longer.

RYE, NY — A man who said he no longer wanted guns in his house threw them into the Long Island Sound Wednesday.

The 70-year-old Rye resident hasn’t been charged with a crime, and the weapons were recovered by the county Marine Unit from the water, lohud.com said.
