NYT: Rye's Roadhouse Good for Satisfying Food, Football Viewing

Mike O'Donnell, athletic director/varsity football coach at Archbishop Stepinac High School in White Plains, is behind the bar Sundays.

If you live along or are close to the Sound Shore, and you are thinking about where you might want to watch the upcoming clash on Super Sunday, maybe you should put The Rye Roadhouse on your list.

The New York Times recently reviewed the restaurant and bar and likened it to a “perpetual tailgate.”

Featured on the menu is a satisfying jambalaya, popcorn shrimp and bite-sized fried mac-and-cheese squares.
