Parker Victorious, Wins District 7 Board of Legislators Seat
The unofficial results are in.

Democratic incumbent Catherine Parker easily defeated Susan Watson Tuesday to retain her District 7 Westchester Board of Legislators seat, according to unofficial results from the county Board of Elections.
Parker garnered a total of 5,088 votes, compared to the Republican Watson’s 3,603. District 7 covers Rye, Larchmont, Mamaroneck, and parts of New Rochelle and Harrison.
Though she may not have needed the boost judging from her commanding 59 percent of the vote, Parker received a positive shot in the arm last week from the county’s Fair Campaign Practices Committee. The group overwhelmingly ruled in her favor in several complaints against Watson, who did not attend the hearing or send a representative.
