Port Chester Man, 44, Arrested on Aggravated DWI Charge: Cops
The suspect was pulled over on I-287 in Rye.

Carlos Hernandez, 44, of Port Chester, was arrested by state police Tuesday on I-287 on a misdemeanor charge of aggravated driving while intoxicated.
He was pulled over at approximately 9:40 p.m. for an undisclosed traffic violation, and during the incident police discovered Hernandez appeared to be intoxicated. He was transported and processed at the New Rochelle barracks, where his blood alcohol content was determined to be 0.18 percent, according to police.
Hernandez was turned over to a sober third party and released on an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Rye Court on June 17 at 9:00 a.m.
