Westchester fans of the “Property Brothers” reality TV series on HGTV should check in on tonight’s episode of the popular show, which will feature the work of Rye-based interior designer Brittany Zachos of the Zachos Design Group.

The episode, to air Wednesday, Oct. 28 at 9 p.m., will showcase the work that Zachos completed with Jonathan Scott, over several weeks this past summer on a home in Chappaqua, including its kitchen, eating area, family room, master bedroom and bathroom suite.

The Sarasota, Fl., native was selected by the Property Brothers team in the spring of 2015 to work on several projects in Westchester and Fairfield counties.

Known for her ability to mix classic design with contemporary elements, Zachos said she had a lot of fun working with the world-famous Scott and his twin Drew, helping their team transform elements of the property into what she describes as a “mid-century modern beauty.”

Zachos, who offers interior design solutions for large corporations, as well as a variety of businesses, including the retail & hospitality industry, achieved the transformation by blending mid-century modern with traditional elements and using a blue, black, grey and white color scheme.

Zachos’ other work in Westchester includes the interior design of three Better Homes and Gardens Rand Realty offices in Westchester, the redesign of an old IBM building as well as a number of corporate/healthcare buildings in Stamford, Conn., and residential properties throughout the county and in New York City. Zachos is also in talks to redesign the properties of a number of Manhattan celebrities.

If the Property Brothers team comes back to Westchester again, Zachos is sure to be part of it.

“I’ve worked with designers all over the world and can honestly say Brittany is one of the most talented, creative and resourceful minds in the biz,” said Jonathan Scott, in a glowing testimonial of Zachos’ work.

“Her keen eye for detail and dedication to her craft are unparalleled. It’s hard in this business to find designers who raise the bar as high as I do. I’d have her on my team any day.”
